Ideally located hotel, so close to the shopping area and the food stall, KLIA airport and the biggest shopping malls. New-fashioned room with a ceiling fan, coffee, and an iron, and comfy bed.

Upgraded accommodation with EXCELLENT setting just off the biggest shopping malls, and taxi to other area. Ideally located to all the conveniences. Besides, easy to get to The Gardens Mall.

Perfect hotel, breakfast is very good and the rooms are compact, amazing location to everything I wanted from golf to shopping. They have on-site restaurant called Citi. Thank you for a really nice stay.

Responsive and incredibly helpful staff, breakfasts were marvellous.
The room was large and functional, nevertheless the view it had was really bad. It had a comfortable bed and included a spacious bathroom a shower, a hairdryer and free toiletries. The hotel was ideally located near to the big shopping complex, Mid Valley Megamall, an one stop centre, meaning convenience and midvalley mega mall.

Amazing breakfast, clean hotel, good and ideal location close to shopping area. Big size and airy room, spacious bathroom. Awesome views and new facilities. Location near the mid valley mall and metro station as well as the city center.
Wi-Fi was very poor.

The staff provided excellent service, helping with printing and saving time. The housekeeping staff added a personal touch with a thoughtful note. The clean bedding and comfortable towels made for a pleasant stay. The hotel may be a little dated, but it is well-maintained and the staff are friendly and considerate.

The Mid Valley Mega mall is just at its door step, easy to access.
However, to get elsewhere, you need to get the cab and sometimes, you need to haggle the cab fare before you actually move off. Be prepared for the traffic jam.
